Williams & Fudge Prior to our initiating our business relationship with SiteGuardian, we would be dependent upon notification from our web users to inform us that the system was down. Obviously, there had to be a better alarm system to identify down time. Our preference as well as any organization that depends upon the web to be efficient is to be proactive rather than reactive.

Our goal was to identify a notification system that would immediately broadcast an alarm message via email to vital personnel 24/7 if our website was either failing or not operating to full potential. In addition, we wanted the ability to receive daily, and weekly recaps of our on line performance.
