Alerting You Of Problems
Site Guardian lets you determine when and how you are to be notified of problems. Services include the following:

E-mail/Pager Notification
Receive immediate notification of problems via e-mail or pager. (Multiple contacts can be alerted via e-mail.) We give you full details of the problem, including:

Date
Time
Site
Type of error

Notification Escalation
When your site is slow or returns a failure, we can e-mail or page multiple contacts. Here's how it works:

You set the threshold for both slow times and failures.
Once the threshold is broken, notifications will immediately go out to primary and/or secondary contacts for a user-specified amount of time.
When the site returns to normal, notification can be sent to all contacts.

Notification can be temporarily disarmed when you're in the process of resolving a problem, or it can be set to disarm during scheduled outages. Disablement can be done on an individual monitor, on specified groups of monitors or on all monitors.
