Device Summary
When you log in, you are first presented with your current day statistics. You have two options of summary views:
- Brief Summary - shows the percent uptime, average response time, slow responses and failures.
- Detail Summary - shows the percent uptime, average response time, slow responses, failures, last time checked, last response time, last response code, optional thumbnail graph of the day's performance.
Detail Monitoring
Drill down into the device to get up-to-the-minute reports.
Reports are easy to generate and read. Simply select a device, choose a timeframe to report, and pick a graph.
Seconds later, a report is created, featuring:
- A graph of the specified time over the response time
- Smaller graphs showing the average hourly/daily response over the specified time
- An average daily response
- The percent uptime, average response, slow response and failures
- Identification of the heaviest hours
- Slow and failed responses, along with times of occurrence
Advanced accounts can select multiple devices to graph on top of each other—these identify differences in response times over the same period of time.
You also have the ability to obtain detailed data on device failures.
All data can be downloaded into a common, separated file for easy importing into your favorite spreadsheet or database.
WAP Enabled Reports
View your summary reports from your cell phone. Login with your
username/password and monitor the status of your site from anywhere.
Daily/Monthly E-mail Reports
Optionally, you can be sent the previous day's statistics, along with summarized failures on a daily or monthly schedule.
One or more contacts can be selected for these reports.
